Director
Robert Croll
Rob Croll, Director and Head Coach of BVBIA, has studied the game since 2005, earning EFA and UEFA coaching qualifications alongside a Sports and Marketing degree. He leads the BVBIA project while coaching and managing player groups in training and on match days.
COACHES
Sergio Torres
Sergio Torres, Academy Coordinator and former professional player, enjoyed a 15-year career in English football before moving to Mallorca. Now a UEFA A licensed coach, he is dedicated to developing players and overseeing academy operations.
Stephen Burge
Stephen Burge is working predominantly with our esteemed girls, youth program. Having coached various age groups under the club's previous name, Steve is currently studying to gain his UEFA qualification.
Tyler Scott
Tyler Scott has an excellent background in playing female, youth football across different continents. Tyler works with our younger grassroots players and is studying in order to gain UEFA qualifications.
Joao Victor
Joao Victor is joining us after a wonderful career in professional football including 5 years at RCD Mallorca. Joao will be involved with different age groups and will focus on developing our eldest teams on matchdays.
